Very dry, rather artificial coconut, with hints of flowers and vanilla (maybe) but mostly just dry as dust coconut powder. My favorite Kayali perfume to date. The honeysuckle is a lovely & delicatly creamy note, but it still manages to carry itself from the top to the heart without becoming lost. Imagine you are sipping on a Pina colada in a coconut staring out at the ocean from a cocktail bar, this is exactly where I'm transported when I spray Utopia Vanilla Coco. But with coconut added. I own both TF Soleil Blanc + Eau de Soleil Blanc and I do not smell any similarities. The dry down is like a musky creamy floral. When it didn't perform as expected, I kept looking & came across Kayali. No coconut, no lemon, and just a hint of sweetness from the vanilla. And I agree with the comparisons to Deja Vu White Flower 57, i feel like this could be an EDT flanker if that. But as it dries down it sort of yo yo's between this intoxicating sweet coconut and white floral vanilla, then the sandalwood really comes through. Creamy, exotic, subtle suntan lotion vibesit's very gentle and I love it. Even when it projects, its not too too loud. I totally agree with the review below. Not my cup of tea.And If anyone think this is anything near Rouge Malachite you need to go check ur nose. Perfume rating4.05out of5 with421 votes. This is what Serena van der Woodsen would wear when she was nice. I get tons of milky coconut with jasmine and gardenia, vanilla supporting it all. I want to smell like this all summer long. I love this!! From the reviews I had read I imagined that it would be a simple fragrance of coconut and white flowers but for me it is not. Its not. I blind bought this hoping it would be a more affordable dupe for soleil blanc. This smells so much like the Nivea Coconut & Monoi Oil body lotion to me. This is coconut milk, ylang, bubblegum tuberose and a hint of vanilla. But unfortunately the quality of the scent profile just does not match the performance for me. To me, this smells like Love, Don't be Shy. I also think Soleil Blanc is more floral. OK longevity, bad projection/sillage. It's overall a stunning frag. I wouldnt say it even lasts an hour. Floral, vanilla, hint of coconut & honeysuckle with all the right white flowers. I have been wanting a Kayali perfume for so long now but I had held off as I wanted to skip blind buying, but I caved. Let me explain: tried on cool days, it does seem like a beach coconut without much else, a sort of watery Coco Vanille by Mancera, with a floral part and less sweetness. It smells like legit sweet coconut sunscreen which I love because its perfume for the summer when I wear sunscreen. I absolutely get suntan lotion vibes from this but that happens to be my favorite summer style so happy me! This has quickly become my favourite Kayali AND my new signature fragrance. Oh what a shame, this is STUNNING until the sandalwood dry down. Great for summer day time wear. But if you really love the scent itself, don't mind the price or having to possibly reapply here and there, and you don't have anything in your collection already that smells like this, I think this could be a very solid offering for you. Kayali has a way of making their frags so layerable. The projection is great for the first 2 hours, then it becomes a gentle skin scent. I think it's the coconut that does it for me, but I love it!! Im a little disappointed in this fragrance its so not original. I absolutely love this new offering by Mona Kattan!!! The most prominent notes to my nose are the coconut milk, vanilla, and sandalwood. To my nose, Utopia Vanilla Coco smells rechid. Two thumbs up and would definitely buy a 100 ml bottle in the future. Utopia is definitely a shape shifter on me and I enjoy the different directions it pulls me in. I can't say this is something I am really excited about. To me it's like if hypnotic poison and bronze goddess had a love child. It avoids the childishness of a body spray so well. But I feel like this is just like every other summer release. A very pretty beachy scent. Ill stick with the Musk 12 and Vanilla 28. I expected this to smell like Alien Goddess but instead it smells like Este Lauder Bronze Goddess Nuit. The coconut mixed with the pear blossom creates one of the most feminine, sexy, uplifting beach fragrances Ive smelled in quite a long time. I sometimes do smell the pear come through too which is so lovely, and the sandalwood base is just so beautiful. This bad boy over powered my cigarette AND the maccies food smell! It's very pretty in the opening but dries down to a flowery alkaline tallow soap. I really love sweet scents but this really isn't that sweet, I'm still such a fan though! It is a skin scent on me and longevity is about 2 hours on my skin. It smells like coconut milk. I love almost all of hers but some dont last long. Its winter now in Australia so Im not sure if it is at its full potential but nevertheless im obsessed. He couldnt describe what it smelled like, but said it smelled delicious, with a calming vibe to it. Very pretty but not what I was looking for. This would be a holy grail if the performance were better. I would disagree that this is terrible performance because I think this is a soft skin scent. If you couldnt tell by now, this perfume is not my favorite and will be returned. Oh my god yum! I Just Watched A Video Showcasing Her New Invite Only Amber 23 Intense EDP & She Suggested Layering That With Utopia As Her Favorite Pairing. Perfume lovers: 792,814 I was excited to try this and watched all the videos for it. I love this so much and find it similar too versace crystal noir edt ..except I cannot stand that on my skin it becomes nauseating and I have to scrub it off. Sophisticated and chique. I am disappointed by the longevity and sillage. I'm really excited to layer this as well to pull out certain notes depending on what I'm in the mood for. I am surprised that other reviewers dont mention it, given how heavy it was for me. And it's a great easy summer scent. Pourquoi il met un temps fou pour arriver en France??? Will try again in cooler temperatures. To me, it smells very similar to Mancera Coco Vanille, but not as strong and sickly. It's a heavier fragrance. Thankfully doesnt smell like sun tan lotion. . It also has a coconut milk note, and it's different from most coconut notes I've smelled. Walking through a promenade alongside the Mediterranean Riviera. No. Major regret. What I do get and love is the musk, ambrette and sandalwood. In the dry down you get soft wafts of the vanilla musk and sandalwood, I do wish that the fragrance performed better and had more of the woody undertones throughout the performance and not just at the very end with the dry down. I actually love suntan lotion smells, I love tropical scents, I could bathe all day in Tom Ford's Soleil Blanc but I don't get either of these scents. This is more white floral, sandalwood with a boozy vanilla, not gourmand vanilla. The two are not the same butsimilar vibes. I'm getting a very sophisticated vanilla coconut as I smell this. Specifically at sunset. This is such a gorgeous fragrance for the warmer months and layered with Kayali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper its insane! I wouldn't necessarily say it's beachy but definitely "exotic". I think this is a casual fragrance . I love the scent of coconut milk, so I immediately knew that I'd enjoy Utopia, since it opens with a delicious coconut milk accord. Top notes are Coconut Milk, Honeysuckle, Pear Blossom and Italian Lemon; middle notes are Jasmine Sambac, Tuberose, Gardenia and Ambrette (Musk Mallow); base notes are Bourbon Vanilla, Sandalwood, Musk and Patchouli. I don't think I can wear this casually, its made for formal summer nights like a girls night out in July or a date night. Utopia Vanilla Coco 21 by Kayali is a Amber Vanilla fragrance for women. I have others I like more, I was eagerly waiting to get my bottle of this and all her scents are very hyped up but imo its not worth the hype. Yes the longevity is scandalous, I went through a 10ml decant in one week. There is something "ethereal" about this perfume. I finally found a Kayali fragrance that lives up to the hype, although this one is not as hyped as the other ones. The sillage wasnt powerful either, maybe its not supposed to be since its a summer fragrance. Reminds me a little bit of Michael Kors Wonderlust+the drydown of Versace Crystal Noir when it comes to the type of spice I'm experiencing, only it's not as strong here. It smells like a dream! More of a gourmand, sweeter and warmer version Soleil Blanc. Its a creamy coconut with white florals and the drydown is very sandalwood heavy. It's a very long lasting scent. It is not intense at all. Maybe it is the warm weather where I live that is amplifying the jasmine. The lemon note in This formula adds a special zing that I really like. I bought it immediately because her fragrances always sell out before I get to them! Yes, exotic is the best word to describe this perfume. | Deutsch | Espaol | Franais | etina | Italiano | | Polski | Portugus | | | Nederlands | Srpski | Romn | | | | |, Copyrights 2006-2022 Fragrantica.com perfumes magazine - All Rights Reserved - do not copy anything without prior written permission. Unfortunately, the lasting power on this one isn't amazing. In a way reminds me of a sweeter/less flower version of Lys 41 from Le Labo but it sits sooo close to the skin :(. Its gorgeous sweet creamy white white chocolates feeling because of the coconut milk maybe!!! Not sure what made it come across like that but for a minute or so that was all I could think of. Theres lovely creaminess. Im sorry but for anyone to say wear this in the winter because of the heat ok so lets be real this perfume was pushed as a summer scent so why would I want to wear it in the winter?! I know, "it's just another coconut-vanilla holiday fragrance", but it's done so well, especially in the sense that it's toned down on the sweetness (compared to many perfumes in this category), and the white florals aren't overpowering (*cough* Guerlain Terracotta and the Nuxe one). Im enjoying this. And I can almost see the comparison to TFs Soleil Blanc, but this does not have that sickening sunscreen smell. Strangely enough though, this reminds me of Black Opium, which I would definitely not consider a beachy scent. I work for 7-8 hrs. It opens with coconut & pear and ends up smelling like a sexy vanilla cupcake over time. Im wearing it right now during the winter & I love it! When I read people complain about being too floral I was sold! Huda describes it as a warm, luxurious, sensual and truly irresistible fragrance that contains some of her favorite notes - vanilla bourbon, coconut milk, gardenia and jasmine. It just kinda sat there.
