It's now the 31st and I still don't have one of the reprints and I've had to refund my customer.My customer didn't realise one of the two had marks on it until the 22nd (the prints arrived with them on the 21st) so I thought I'd wait until the first replacement arrived to check it was okay before ordering the second, but given I explained the circumstances to Gelato it still shouldn't take this long, and the prints should have been checked in the first place.POD is always a risk as customers don't always understand you don't see the product before they receive it, but, unfortunately, 2 weeks for 2 prints is totally unacceptable as it makes my business look completely unreputable. I have had zero returns so far. Although the products seem to be of great quality, it is very difficult to find any photos/examples online or on the app itself of what the finished product will look like, which makes me nervous.
