These are common, so I removed one from an old Kung Zhu toy, desoldered two capacitors and pulled off the old plastic Kung Zhu gear, replaced it with the plastic gear pulled of the rusted Lysol motor, and soldered it back in where I'd desoldered the old motor from. I have two good bottles of soap but can't use them unless I want to cut the top off and pour into a hand pump. I turned it off then left it off for a few seconds then turned it back on. I opened up my dispenser & found that one leg of the sensor (on the top, near the hole where soap is dispensed) is broken due to rust. If so, try pressing the buttons repeatedly.
